When you get to be as old as me- birthdays aren't quite as thrilling as they were when you were younger- you're just grateful for another year of life. This birthday was extra special as we were able to spend it with Kristal and her family and Gary and his family. Only thing missing was Michael, Marty, Sarah, and Karli.
First on the agenda was Brooklyn and Caden's first soccer game. We have never been able to see them play on their sports teams- so it was a special treat to get to see them play.
Boy- did it bring back so many memories of our AYSO soccer days. I think we participated for 15 years straight. Some times we had up to four games on one day.
Crazy- fun times!
