Our June Birthday Boys!

June 21- 23, 2013

With two grandsons who have birthdays just two days apart (plus 1 year), it calls
for a family celebration!  And that's just what we did at Gary and Kelli's home in Menifee.
We all gathered there for a wonderful birthday party for our two sweet grandsons-
Kyson (turning 3 years old on June 24) and Aiden (turning 2 years old on June 22).
Uncle Michael and his girlfriend, Kristal , were able to make it also- as they were on their
way home from Spring semester at UVU and BYU.  All we were missing were Karli,
Marty and Sarah. In spite of missing them, it was a fun weekend!

The morning kept the menfolk busy, as they assembled Aiden's birthday gift!
The kids weren't allowed outside and had fun playing together inside.

Time for the BIG reveal. Surprise!   Aiden is a bit shy about it all!

But it didn't take long for all the kiddos to get on the trampoline and have some fun!

Even the big kids enjoyed it!

Michael dazzles us with his trampoline tricks!

Time for pizza and birthday cupcakes that Aunt Kristal had made.
Aiden wanted a Pirate party and Ky wanted Peter Pan.
The two themes worked well together!

The birthday boys digging in!
Silly boys!
and some silly girls as well!

This little beauty takes it all in!
I think we've got a blue-eyed baby for Gary and Kelli!
That makes one of each- Avery-green, Aiden- brown and Reagan- blue!

Time for games- pin the eye patch on the pirate!

Best of all-- presents!
Unwrapping the gifts!

Ky gets his very own light up "Harry Potter" wand from Michael and Kristal!
No more fighting for Caden's wand.

A very "Peter Pan " birthday for our Peter Pan lover!
Aiden enjoying a baseball game toy and his big boy scooter!

Time for a trip to the Menifee Lakes pool and splash park!

One birthday boy jumps in and one gets thrown in!

A fun break at the nearby play park!
We're rollin', rollin', rollin'!

and swingin' like monkeys!

On the way back to the house

The celebration ends with a some Pirate's Booty in a pinata!

Happy Birthday to our two special boys!  We love you!
