Beach Vacation 2013

July - August 2013

Definitely time for some blog updates- so we will turn back the clock to the last week of July and beginning of August to highlight our annual Miller beach vacation..  Here we go-

Our vacation always starts out with a church on Sunday at Grandma and Grandpa's Ward in San Diego, with a lunch afterwards.  I always try to corral everyone for a family picture- since we are all there.  Why is it we always seem to get pictures like this- and why is Ryan the only one who is ever ready- if you can call his "pose" ready?  Not quite the look I was going for - for the family pics, Ryan!

Ahh- finally one that will do!
Just missing our missionary, Karli, but did you notice we added another face to the picture?
Michael's girlfriend, Kristal (yes it is spelled the same as our Kristal)  joined us this year!

Monday comes and let the beach going begin!

Ky becoming one with the sand!

Gary and Aiden enjoying the beach

Re-living the glory days of youth- boogie boarding and sand castle building!

Being buried alive!  Caden looks a little worried, but I don't think
Kyson could be happier! Rylee and Makayla get buried too.

Always dodging those waves!

A special day at the temple with Tifanee, as she went through for the first time!
What a treat to be with her on this special day!

The whole gang!

A Padres's game (sorry no pics- I wasn't there) and we are back to the beach!
The many faces of Aiden- he has learned to say "cheese" to the camera
-a little too vigorously!

Fun game that Uncle John brought! Still don't know the name of it, but
everyone had a good time with it-
Note-  Marty shows us why you don't let Michael spray your back with
sunscreen mist unless you want to look like a burnt zebra!

Fun times during evening game time- Marty is REALLY having a good time!

Gary and his "harem" of little girls watching a movie together

Fun at the condo pool and hot tubs!

Devin getting his baby Reagan time in

These two studs showing off their stuff!

 Brookie and Rylee

Avery and her special sand castle

Gramps and Travis- biggest smile I've ever seen on Grandpa's face! :)

Remembering our sweet missionary and thinking how much we missed her this summer!

A great trip and wonderful memories of beach and family!
